Meet Tucker

While relatively new to the business management world, Tucker is not new to working and putting in the time and effort to earn his pay.  While a lot of his friends were killing time with video games and avoiding uncomfortable situations with their parents, Tucker was looking for ways to put money in his bank account.  As early as 14 he was helping work food booths at the state fair and concession stands at different area sports complexes.  By 15 he was opening and setting up those locations on his own.  As soon as he turned 16 he started working for Braum's, which continued off and on until he was 20 and he made enough of an impression as a model employee that he opened that door for the rest of his siblings and he was used at multiple locations as the need arose.  Tucker also tried his hand in retail working for Dick’s Sporting Goods as a bike technician in charge of assembling the incoming bikes for display and making bike sales when possible, leaving that position to attend college at the University of Texas in Arlington.  After graduating from LD Bell in the top 6% of his class and completing the International Baccalaureate program with only 48 of his fellow seniors, Tucker took his diploma, obtained his Job Coaching certification and immediately started working for Innovative Ways during the Summer Earn and Learn program as a full time Job Coach.  Once Tucker decided that his true passion and interests were related to the business world and running a business, he changed his major from Architectural Engineering to Business Management and took on the role of Business Developer for Innovative Ways and has been an integral part of updating the website and assisting in laying the groundwork necessary to increase the number of clients we are capable of serving within our community.

Tucker D Lemman

The oldest sibling of 5, Tucker’s parents often joke that he was born more responsible and mature than they are.  He has always been driven to succeed and has been goal oriented from day one.  Combine that with an easy going, friendly attitude and it’s easy to see why he’s such an easy person to work with and get along with.  Innovative Ways is excited to see Tucker grow his business skills and learn as Innovative Ways grows.
