Meet Priscilla
After initially joining the Innovative Ways team as a part time job coach and Independent Life Skills teacher, Priscilla immediately used her calming presence and hands on approach to make a positive impact within the company and was quickly promoted to Teaching Director. When obstacles beyond our control postponed our ability to offer Independent Life Skills courses for the remainder of 2023, Priscilla was offered and accepted the position of Human Resources Manager. In this role Priscilla is able to use her past experiences as a job coach and teacher to help guide and manage our valuable team of job coaches, assist in the development and recruitment of new job coaches, and work to ensure that our job coaches have the support and resources they need to be successful.
